Where is my mind? and other sad things

I think I should try videoblogging once I get my site replenished and fresh. I have the capability, anyway, and people seem to like online video even if I’m really not a fan.

My head is mixed up in the comic con and work and all my projects. I keep coming up with these adorable little ideas I’d love to turn into illustrations or stories, but I just don’t have time to flesh them out.

My body doesn’t fit into half of my pants these days. That scares me. Not only is gaining weight unsightly, it’s also expensive – I like my clothes to fit properly, so now I have to find other things to wear until I can drop the weight.

My heart is kind of lost right now too. It’s busy looking for an old friend in far-off places not so distant from here.

It’s almost worth it to spend an evening just completely writing every to-do list I have and prioritizing what’s really important to me.

  1. I’ve always found that spending lots of time working on to-do lists ends poorly. I’d say do a quick once over and pick the first thing that comes to mind and do it!

    Good luck.

  2. Carpe Diem… In the words of Dr. Seuss:

How did it get so late so soon?
    It’s night before it’s afternoon.
December is here before it’s June.
My goodness how the time has flewn.
How did it get so late so soon?

    ~Dr. Seuss

Just do something instead of contemplating doing something. But remember – sometimes the most important “something” to do is to unashamedly do nothing.
